About KWC Experiences

KWC Experiences is a small, independent project run by a group of people who live in Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge and spend a lot of their own time and money eating, exploring, and trying the region's experiences. We started this site because most "things to do" lists for this region read like they were assembled from a search results page, not from people who actually live here.

Every listing on this site is scored using the same public methodology — see our editorial policy for the full breakdown — and re-checked periodically so rankings reflect the current state of a business, not a first impression that's gone stale. We don't accept payment for placement, and we don't run ads.
